You have Tsentr Interkom on Rudaki 81, which is open from 8am and 10am, it's opposit the post office, you can't miss it. They charge around 3 Tjs. Another option would be Volshebni Sir. That's on Rudaki 98, they serve iced coffe and pizza. The price is just the same around 3 Tjs, but it depends on what you have:), so I hope you'll find them:P
