It costs $5 per night, plus $1 if you want to have breakfast there. It's on Ismail Somoni 6 street. It's actually an apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and hot water constantly and also air conditioning. You should know that the owner only speaks Russian and Tajik. I've stayed there before and had enough difficulties with communicating, but finally found an English kind of speaking person who was kind enough to help me out.
